Shady Kicker Studios ("we", "us", or "our") builds apps for mobile and web. This policy explains what data our apps collect, why, and how it's handled. We keep it short because there isn't much to say — our apps are designed to do their job without collecting personal data.
This policy covers all apps published by Shady Kicker Studios, including MoonChaser and FSTR.
Location (MoonChaser only)
MoonChaser requests access to your device's location to calculate sunrise, sunset, moonrise, and moonset times for your current position. Location data is used in real time for these calculations and is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties, except as described under "Third-Party Services" below.
App Preferences & State
Both apps store preferences and session state locally on your device using AsyncStorage (e.g., your fasting timer state in FSTR, your location consent choice in MoonChaser). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Purchase Information (MoonChaser only)
MoonChaser offers an optional Pro subscription. Purchases are processed and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store or have access to your payment details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for how they handle purchase data.
Anonymous Usage Analytics (FSTR web only)
The web version of FSTR uses Vercel Analytics to track anonymous page view counts. No personally identifiable information is collected. No cookies are used.

Open-Meteo — used by MoonChaser to resolve timezone information when you search a location other than your current device location. Your searched coordinates (latitude and longitude) are sent to Open-Meteo's public API. No personal information is included. Open-Meteo Terms

Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete the app. Purchase and entitlement records managed by RevenueCat are subject to their retention policies. We do not retain any personal data on our own servers.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
